Kids in Distressed Situations, Inc. strives to match corporate donations to local charities. We can only be effective in doing this if our records from our local agency partners are up to date and complete.

If you already receive donated merchandise from us, please take a minute to fill in the survey below and help us update our records.

If you are not a recipient agency and would like to be, you can fill out the survey form as well. This survey helps us determine if your local charity would be a good fit for the K.I.D.S. program. Please note:

Your organization must have a 501(c)3 certification from the IRS.
Your organization must meet all of the processing requirements for K.I.D.S. distributions.
Submitting this application does not guarantee product shipments.
